This window takes its name from the fifth chapter of the Dogmatic Constitution on the Church of Vatican II. The chapter reminds us that all people regardless of their position or station of life are all called to holiness, in fact, to the same degree of holiness. We see in the window a symbolic grouping of the various members of the Church, young, old, families, the sick, religious women, deacons, priests and bishops all gathered with Jesus Christ. Above Christ we see the hand of God, the Creator and below ancient Christian symbols reminding us of the invitation from the book of Revelation 12:1, . Let all who are thirsty come, let all who desire drink freely of the waters of life." Through the waters of baptism we are all united in Christ and given a share in the new life that he offers.
