5:00 p.m. / Church / Guadalupe Torch arrives at Saint Ann
Celebrate the Torch arrival with a festive entrance, including prayers, dancers, K of C color guard, native dress of different Latino cultures, and a procession into Mass. The Torch and image of Our Lady of Guadalupe will remain in the Church for the weekend and then move to the Chapel for veneration through Friday, November 25. A prayer basket for intentions to Our Lady will be available on the side altar in the Church.
November 19/ 1:30 p.m. Miraculous Medal Novena / 6:15 p.m. Procession and Rosary
Miraculous Medal Novena will include prayers to Our Lady of Guadalupe. At 6:15 p.m., joined by the children in our parish Religious Education Program, we begin a Rosary procession to transfer the Torch and image of Our Lady of Guadalupe from the Church to the Chapel for veneration.
November 20 / 12:00 p.m. Adoration / 7:00 p.m. The Miracle and the Message Movie
Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament and special prayers at the 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. hour. A movie, “The Miracle and the Message” to learn about the story of Guadalupe will be hosted by the Knights of Columbus at 7:00 p.m. in the JP Community Room.
November 21 / 8:00 a.m. Mass followed by the Rosary / 9:00 a.m. Saint Ann School Mass to Honor Our Lady of Guadalupe
Our Saint Ann School children will celebrate with a festive Mass in honor of Our Lady of Guadalupe.
November 22/ 9:00 a.m. Thanksgiving Day Mass
The parish will remember Our Lady of Guadalupe as the Patron of the Americas and ask for a special blessing on our parish and parish families. Thanksgiving Meals On Wheels Program to follow at SAS.
November 23 / 8:00 a.m. Mass followed by the Rosary
December 1 / 12:00 p.m. / Cathedral of St. Mary. Procession and Pilgrimage and with Mass with Bishop O’Connell in Honor of Our Lady of Guadalupe.
